We hope you love your Lily + Star purchase, however, if you’re looking to make a return then we are happy to offer a full return or exchange within 14 days of your order.

Please email hello@lilyandstar.co.uk confirming what you would like to send back together with your order number and we will arrange the return.

Exchanges

Please state which candle you would like to exchange for and why. We offer free shipping on exchanges.

Refund Conditions

Items must be returned unused and in good saleable condition.

We recommend all returns are sent using an insured and recorded delivery service with tracking and scanning.

Lily + Star does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.

Please be sure to include your order number when returning the item.

Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Lily + Star.

Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods.

Credit and debit card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to process.

Lily + Star does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.
